Driving License Requirements
The driving licence requirements for travellers wishing to book a scooter rental or a Private Vespa Tour with us are listed below. This page is designed to help you clearly understand the licence and experience requirements for our fleet.
You will find:
• a dedicated FAQ section with the most common questions
• detailed guidance on licence and IDP requirements, with helpful verification links
• visual examples of valid and invalid licences
Please note that these requirements are based on Greek law, not the regulations of your home country.
Age requirements are determined by our insurance contracts.

Important:
All drivers must have previous experience riding maxi-scooters or motorcycles and hold a valid motorcycle-class driving licence.
If the Vespa driver does not already have experience riding with a passenger, it is not safe to begin practising during your holiday.
Your safety and comfort are always our priority.
If a driver arrives on the rental date with the wrong driving licence category, the 20% prepayment of the total rental cost is non-refundable.
If you are unsure whether your licence is valid in Greece, please feel free to contact us — we are always happy to help.
